I had a very disappointing experience with this product and the company. The formula caused a burning sensation on my scalp along with persistent itchiness, making it uncomfortable to use.

When I tried to cancel and request a refund, the process was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. I was required to go through multiple steps, including shipping back the unused product, and communication was limited to email or their website—there’s no easy or direct way to get support.

What made the experience worse was the amount of back-and-forth required just to cancel and return the product, which took several days. If their customer service process were more straightforward and responsive, I likely wouldn’t have felt the need to leave this review.

I highly suggest giving Happy Head a shot and see for yourself if it’s a scam or not. I’m honestly surprised by the number of really negative and petty reviews I’ve come across. I get that everyone has their own experiences, but some folks really need to chill. I’m so pleased with the results from the finasteride drops that I’m now thinking about adding the pill to my routine to boost potential hair regrowth. I can truly say my quality of life has improved a lot thanks to Happy Head.
